Perhaps they believe it makes them appear smarter or more diligent. However, I want to tell you that there is no merit in doing things the hardest way just for the sake of it. In fact, I urge you to stop being a hardaholic and become an easyologist.

Now, when I say “stop being a hardaholic,” I’m not advocating for laziness. It’s crucial to work diligently on the tasks at hand. However, there is no need to intentionally make things harder for yourself simply to prove a point. Instead, focus on being diligent and putting effort into the work you do, but always choose the most efficient and straightforward approach.
